A Boutique Beer for ancient Egypt's Goddess of intoxication and slaughter, Sekhmet-Hathor
The beer of ancient Egypt has inspired several attempts by modern day boutique breweries around the world to replicate its secrets.
Sekhmet-Hathor has also added to the heady brew of mythology in modern Egypt mystery fiction, including several titles from me, including The Smiting Texts, Hathor’s Holocaust and Hunting Hathor.
And here’s a horror short story I wrote “A Boutique Beer for Hathor” about a modern brew and a murderous female entity.
