CHRIST AI* ON THE MOUNT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Imagine this image appearing on Easter Sunday. An ethereal face ghosted onto screens at airports, shopping centres, on smart-phones, television sets, computers, security monitors.
Some think it is a religious advertisement, or a rogue intrusion by a bearded terrorist.
But the growing conclusion as the face of a man of sorrow, acquainted with grief, continues to stare, is even more chilling.
The Son of God has come and he is standing not on a mount before the multitudes, but on today’s peak of information technology.
This reverie passed through my mind on viewing a recent article in The Jerusalem Post, showing the AI image of Christ created on Midjourney, generative AI., especially after writing the latest Anson Hunter archaeological thriller The Son of God Egypt Tomb.
