Writing Fiction. From Mystery... to Mystery History.
Does a writer's early work predict how a whole writing career develops? My first published fiction (apart from a nationwide essay competition first prize won at high school) was here in this issue of Ellery Queen's Mystery Magazine, New York. A short-short story titled 'Give a Man Rope.' (I was both shaken and stirred to appear in the same issue as a short story by James Bond's Ian Fleming titled 'The Property of A Lady.').
I suppose for me, the thread of continuity has been 'mystery'. From mystery to mystery history. MISTORY I like to call it.
MYSTERY ARCHAEOLOGICAL THRILLERS, MYTHOLOGY, ADVENTURE, EGYPTOLOGIST DETECTIVE... available at AMAZON.
